Queens Zoo Birthday Parties

Kids ages 3–12 can enjoy a festive celebration featuring arts and crafts activities, up-close encounters with live farm animals, and a chat with a zookeeper. They’ll also explore some of the zoo’s amazing animal exhibits with our expert instructional staff as their guide. We supply a party bag for each child and 25 admission passes, which admit one adult and one child. You supply the cake, juice, paper goods, and utensils. Due to the time needed to present live animals, there is a limited time to serve food. Parties are for a maximum group size of 25 people, including children and adults.

Domestic Animal Discoveries

(Ages 3–6)

Learn the bunny hop from our bunnies in this birthday party package with a domestic animal theme. Young partygoers can feed our goats, sheep, ducks, and rabbits, and meet a surprise animal guest.

Paws, Claws and Jaws

(Ages 5–7)

Discover some of North America’s most spectacular wildlife from pumas to bison in this birthday party on the Zoo’s “wild” side. Children will find out about animal habits and habitats and meet a special animal guest.

Junior Zookeeper

(Ages 7–12)

Ever wonder what it’s like to work in a Zoo? Meet some of our animals and find out how our zookeepers care for them. Play a zookeeper game, prepare animal enrichment, and meet and talk to a keeper in person.
